Go to the linksys page and download the drivers for xp, then follow the instructions from Lukashka specially if you are using Ubuntu 64bits.

Thank you for the response. Many Linksys cards and other brands as well use the Broadcom B43 chipset, but the version of the hardware isn’t quite compatible with the firmware that comes with current Linux distros.

So I went back to searching for a way to get my wireless card to work without ndiswrapper, using native Linux drivers. No, this is not your Wireless-Adapter, it is your Headset ;- Linjsys look again at the list of lsusb! I also believe the chipset is Windows-based.
